HRB stands for Commercial Register Section B and covers corporations such as GmbH and AG. HRA stands for Section A and covers partnerships such as OHG and KG, as well as sole proprietorships.

Official commercial register extracts are only available through the official Unternehmensregister (unternehmensregister.de) or directly from the Amtsgericht Essen. Implisense itself does not offer an extract service — it shows aggregated, publicly available information.

Implisense updates the commercial register data weekly through a full reimport from the commercial register. New registrations and changes are tracked continuously between imports.

The commercial register covers merchants and companies — in particular GmbH, AG, UG (haftungsbeschränkt), OHG, KG, and sole traders (e.K.). The figures, industries, and lists shown on this page cover the commercial register (HRA/HRB) as well as cooperatives (GnR) and partnerships (PR) — Implisense shows a full company profile with Trust Score and financials for all of these. Searching by register number will also find entries from the association register (VR) — but Implisense does not show a full company profile for those.
