HRB stands for Commercial Register Section B and covers corporations such as GmbH and AG. HRA stands for Section A and covers partnerships such as OHG and KG, as well as sole proprietorships.

Searching by register number will also find entries from the association register (VR) — but Implisense does not show a full company profile for those.
